Track tags, visual characteristics and affected locations to identify recurring patterns and hotspots.
Community-led · Evidence-led · Human-reviewed
Welcome to Citizen Intelligence—a UK community-led reporting platform where everyday observations help shape cleaner, safer neighbourhoods.
By reporting a local environmental issue, you help build the evidence needed to identify recurring activity, map geographic concentrations and support proactive local responses.

Human decisionsAutomated indicators support—not replace—professional review.
From observation to action
Residents provide the local observations. Citizen Intelligence structures and analyses the information. Authorised councils and other responsible organisations can then use the resulting picture to plan cleanup, maintenance and monitoring more effectively.
Reports are assessed in context. Geographic trends and visual similarities are indicators for review—not proof that incidents are connected and never an automated accusation.
Share a photograph, location and time—without creating an account.
Reports are mapped and compared to highlight recurring places and potentially related activity.
Authorised teams review the evidence and decide how to deploy appropriate resources.

Privacy-first intelligence
Our analysis focuses on what happened, where it happened and when it was observed. No account is required for resident reporting, and optional contact details are separated from operational report data.
Reporter details are restricted to authorised users handling reports inside their organisation’s responsibility area. Wider shared intelligence is redacted and subject to handling controls.
